The Dark Knight Marketing Campaign
Starting in March of 2007, the advertising company, 42 Entertainment, began promotions for the upcoming Batman movie, The Dark Knight. The sequel to the box office smash Batman Begins was heavily kept in secret up to this point. The promotions started out as an online game, but has turned into a whole fictional alternate universe. With over 20 fake Gotham websites and scavenger hunts that are on a global scale. My article will be split off from the main Dark Knight movie article. I have already split off the old information into a new article but I need to go in and update the article and add all the new information.

1. No original research
2. research could include a newspaper article about the campaign, rather than personal experience
3.Links to the pages you speak of, if possible, without possibility of link rot
Well it looks like a good idea but don't you think it could just be a part of the main Dark Knight article? Well, you are doing it for a class, and you need a new article, so just do it!
What is the goal of this article? Are you just chronicling the campaign itself or are you going to delve into strategy. Will you highlight the effects of certain events on the fan base?
